Oscar was so helpful and friendly. Best shoe shopping experience. I went to Macy's first and they were out of my size in the styles I wanted. I also love that if you have your phone number registered at DSW you can get free shipping to your house. Wide variety and lots of choices in the clearance section too.

Great place to get nice shoes, good deals, they have some high end brands like off white, Valentino, Ferragamo, usually final sales but cheaper. DSW in aventura it’s my favorite location since in compare to others they have usually more inventory and more options. In general big store with big discounts running daily.

Came to dsw to purchase some dress shoes for my brother funeral. It's been very tough financially & was trying to utilize a discount code that I received from my sister. Thankful that I met Oscar at the cash register he was able to assist me & he has no idea how grateful I am for him at a time like this. Employers like Oscar are the kind of people that make you become a regular customer. God bless him.

I came here bcz I have to attend a wedding... First, the staff is super helpful and friendly... I get what I want for a low price... The clearance section was full of good stuff... @miami Love it ❤️

Very nice large store. Wide selection of shoes, sneakers, purses, sunglasses, and accessories. Large clearance section in the back of the store with discounts ranging from 20% off - up to 60% off. Easy buy online and pickup orders in store. Friendly and helpful staff.

I think the experience could be different for everyone. I hardly find shoes that I like or that fit me well. I don’t find prices being great.

Don't ever buy here.. EVER it's a scam platform.. what a scary situation it is to put your card details and then they tell you it's an outside scam they are not responsible to and that I need to go to the bank and get a new card...HORRIBLE AND SCARY

1 star is for the nice reps but store in bad management. It was nearly empty when I got in and couldn't find anyone to help so when I picked a shoe I liked I needed to go to the front so she'll look if they have it in stock and then wait for another rep to go get it then when I picked a 2nd shoe and found a rep - she said I should go to the front to see if they have it in stock and guess what? No size. Same with the 3rd shoe I picked. I'm rather flexible on 11-12 depending on the shoe - not that rare of a size and they just don't have it. If they only didnt have it but were a bit quicker and mor efficient, I wouldn't be writing this review. The combination of the 2 made the visit just a bad experience. More than likely won't be coming back.
